Following a successful armored vehicle export to Ecuador, Otokar aims to leverage its expertise and contribute to the region’s security needs, driving further expansion in the market.
“The Latin American region presents significant opportunities for the defense industry,” says Armağan Ortaç, Sales Manager at Otokar Military Vehicles. His statement comes on the heels of the company’s participation in the recent Expoferia Internacional de Defensa y Seguridad (EXDEFA) held in Bogota, Colombia. Both Otokar and ASELSAN, another Turkish defense giant, garnered considerable interest at the event, showcasing their cutting-edge technologies and capabilities.
