Kozanoglu Kozmaksan Ltd. Şti. (Kozanoglu Kozmaksan Limited Company) was founded in 1972 in Ankara in order to offer solutions to the hydraulic and automotive market and has left behind 49 years of success story.
The period of construction boom which first emerged as a part of Turkey’s reconstruction move brought about the demand for truck sector and hence dump trucks. Kozmaksan used this potential and began to manufacture dump pumps for construction trucks employed in building sites. After a short while, Kozmaksan manufactured its first Power Take Off (PTO) in 1980 in Ostim Industrial Zone Factory and has focused on the manufacture ever since.
As from the year 2006, our company that has been maintaining its range of production at its new factory enjoying totally 5000 m² at ASO 1. Organize Sanayi Bolgesi (ASO/Ankara Industry Chamber – 1st Organized Industrial Zone) has been producing auxiliary transmissions PTO, Split Shaft PTO, Sandwich PTO, 4×4 Transfercase, Reducers, Pump Drives and relevant auxiliary hydraulic and pneumatic equipment for all types of superstructure equipment and mobile hydraulic truck mount applications.
Our products have been prevalently used by a wide range of vehicles such as the dump – tipper and tipper trailer trucks, hydraulic refuse packers, cesspit emptiers, snowploughs, road sweepers, fuel tankers, asphalt spreaders, salt spreaders, mobile hydraulic vehicle cranes, tow trucks, hook loaders, skip loaders, car carriers, fire trucks and combination sewer cleaning vehicles. Split Shaft Power Take-Offs are used in several cleaning combination machines, cement pumps, septic tank discharge machines, vacuum machines and firefighting vehicles. Double output Split Shaft PTO are mounted on vehicles with no transmission outlet or with insufficient capacity for the application. From the beginning of 2007, the Company began PTO production also for the Concrete Pumps and Concrete Mixer Trucks, and has obtained ISO 9001:2008 Certificate pursuant to the criteria of Turkish Standards Institute; ISO 14001:2004 pursuant to environmental management standards and CE certificate pursuant to EU’s new approach directives.
Our company exports its products to 92 different countries on 6 continents and provides after-sale services in Germany, Algeria, Australia, Canada, Egypt, UK, India, Indonesia, Peru, Philippines, Poland, South Korea, Thailand, UAE, USA through 15 international distributors.
