İŞBİR Unveils Advanced Marine Generators Engineered for Naval Superiority

Military Turkiye Daily News Services – İŞBİR, a leading name in the production of marine generators, has introduced a new line of advanced marine generators designed to meet the stringent requirements of naval ship classification rules. This new generation of generators integrates state-of-the-art technology to ensure seamless operation, communication, and control, enhancing the operational capabilities of naval vessels under various conditions.

The generators are equipped with comprehensive command and protection features, including engine start/stop control, communication with engine and SCADA systems, automatic and manual synchronization, and a peace/war state controller. Highlighting its versatility, the system also offers alternator humidity receiver control, local/remote operating control, air/electric start control, and capsule ventilation control among others.

Designed to withstand extreme maritime conditions, these generators demonstrate full performance within ship angular motions — slope ±15°, trim ±5°, roll ±30°, and pitch ±10°. They are also capable of operating under axially occurred dynamic loads and at various intensities, ensuring reliability in critical situations.

Specifications include nominal power ranging from 10 to 2250 KVA, compatibility with various voltages and frequencies, and adherence to MIL-STD 810F and IEC 529 IP23/IP66 standards for environmental and operational durability.

The acoustic capsule, an optional feature, embodies İŞBİR’s engineering prowess with its modular structure, noise level below 80 Dba, and a ventilation structure optimized for high performance. Designed for easy maintenance and repair, the capsule ensures full compatibility with naval ship classification rules.
